Radar
Medicaid pain points
Problems are laid out in the order people move through Medicaid. Bigger boxes affect more New Yorkers. Darker boxes get more mentions online.
What changed
An agency ships a fix. We tag it to a problem on the Radar and score it against the standards the NYS Office of Customer Experience has published. Then we check whether the neighborhoods that got the fix report fewer problems.
The three pillars
What the state has already done
Results the Department of Health and NY State of Health have published. The case studies below take the same fixes to NYC neighborhoods.
The standards
From the NYX Playbook, the Digital First Standards, and the NYS Design System. Select one to see which fixes used it.
